Red cabbage in the frypan

Our amazing Workaway volunteers Camille and Antony made this delish dish on the fly and it was amazing :) It served the 4 of us with some barley cooked with galangal.

2 large potatoes, diced
Half a red cabbage shredded
1 Apple, grated
1 Onion, chopped
1 pk of spicy tofu you get from Coles, sliced
1 can diced tomatoes, opened
1/2 silver beet leaves, chopped
Seasonings of your choice such as soy sauce or whatever

Cook it all in oil or water on medium heat until the water has evaporated.
